I have known Dr Prasad for a long time and she has treated both my kids . Apart from being the best, she is absolutely a humble and most kind person. I know of at least one patient that travelled from out of state just to get treatment from her . My kids loved going to her for treatment. She is so patient with kids.
I highly recommend her services to any one in a heartbeat!! Keep it up Dr Prasad!

Just completed my Son's treatment with Dr Prasad. Due to Covid the treatment plan took a bit longer than usual, but that was what i liked about her, she did not cut any corners to get done with my son's treatment. She is very thorough, pleasant and competitive on pricing as well.

After consulting with several orthodontists in the area, my daughter (in 2nd grade at the time) selected Frisco Family Orthodontics due to Dr. Prasad's willingness to answer questions and to speak WITH my daughter and not just to me. At every visit we were greeted warmly and seen promptly. Flexible scheduling was appreciated so that I didn't have to miss work and my daughter didn't have to miss school. Dr. Prasad always took the time to visit with my daughter as a person (not just as a patient) and in several instances went beyond the call of duty when a bracket would come loose after hours. Phase 1 included an expander. Now in 10th grade, my daughter has finished Phase 2 (upper and lower braces), and we couldn't be happier! Beautiful straight teeth, crossbite is completely corrected, and Dr. Prasad was always very accurate with her predictions for treatment duration.

Dr. Prasad and her team are very friendly yet professional and they take care of your child’s all orthodontic needs. Dr. Prasad patiently responds to all questions. Both my kids are her patients and they enjoy visiting her office. These people know what they are doing. I highly recommend Frisco Family Orthodontics.

Both of my daughters were treated by Dr. Prasad and her awesome staff. Dr. Prasad is the best. Not only an excellent orthodontist but such a nice person as well. Her "bedside (chairside?) manner" is wonderful. I love how she interacts directly with my kids, always listening to them and patiently explaining things. My girls both have beautiful, perfect smiles now. Thank you Dr. Prasad.

These guys did my orthodontic treatment and I could not recommend them more. Dr. Prasad is kind and caring and she really builds a relationship with every kid. You're not going to feel like you just go in, get your teeth fixed, and get out. She and everyone else in the practice really care- all the way from the consultation to getting them off and getting your retainers. Send your kid to this place and not anywhere else for their braces!!!!

My child was in Pearson and Reedy. Loved the fact that he can walk to Frisco Family Ortho after school for his appointment. Dr Prasad also did a wonderful job with my son's ortho treatment. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend her.

Dr. Prasad is part artist and part engineer. Very talented.

Dr. Prasad has completed braces for my husband and 3 children, she is amazing! She takes the time to explain things she gets to know the kids and family as a whole. She goes out of her way to make sure that all of your questions are answered. All of the staff and her office are wonderful, you couldn’t ask for better bedside manner service and care!

Just finished my adult orthodontic treatment and I am very satisfied. Dr. Prasad is very thorough, professional, kind, humble, and patient. I shopped through 4-5 doctors prior to choosing Dr. Prasad. She's not commercially inclined as a lot of doctors these days. She does not push for unnecessary/aggressive procedures and will recommend the best actions for your dental needs. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Prasad and her team did an amazing job with my son's orthodontic treatment. They made my son very comfortable throughout the course of the treatment. They were always very kind, respectful and worked with our schedules if we needed to make adjustments to our pre-scheduled appointments. Dr. Prasad and her staff have looked after 3 of our kids for their orthodontic needs. I have to say that she/they are the very best. She is thorough, supportive, reassuring while providing every necessary information you need. She doesn't just care about her direct patients, but their families and other aspects of their lives. My son Ethan has been a patient of Dr. Prasad for many years. We have been extremely pleased with the care and professionalism of the entire staff. We consulted with several well known area doctors before deciding to go with Dr. Prasad. Side note: She is certainly well credentialed, but I think the way she related directly to my little patient was the thing that won me over. My son felt the most comfortable in her presence and she took the time to explain the procedures to him and to me. I am happy we took the time to consult with others as it made me more comfortable with my choice. Several years later, I cannot imagine trusting any other area doctor with my son's orthodontics. We have been very pleased with our results and the office care. PS Carmen the office manager and scheduler is amazing!! I did not mention the nice office and amenities, as this isn't what I care about when choosing a doctor. However, the office is clean, serene and has all the usual parent and child amenities to keep you comfortable while you wait.

If you are looking for orthodontics in Frisco, don’t need to look elsewhere. Dr. Neelanjani Prasad is highly skilled and great with kids. When my son who had an oral surgery in the past needed braces, there were minor concerns. I had been to a few orthodontics places in Frisco and they all suggested expensive procedures, and finally we took an opinion from Dr. Prasad. She diagnosed and suggested to wait until remaining tooth emerge and retrospectively that was the right recommendation. Dr.Prasad also did braces for our son later on and we had it off this week. It was an amazing experience over the last few years and her staff is also very sweet and accommodative. I would strongly recommend this place for quality service and care.
